Payment Methods



Payment Terms

Payment must be made before Items are shipped out.
Taxes apply if you reside in North Carolina and do not hold a sales tax ID.
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase.



First Order Minimum


 Orders over $1,000.00 receive 10% off with code STARGAZE

Orders that do not meet our minimum will be canceled.



Shipping Method

We try to find you the best shipping rates we can find through USPS, and UPS.
Typically smaller orders are shipped through USPS and Larger orders will ship through UPS or freight.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs vary depending on the amount of items you purchase and how far the package is traveling.  Cost will calculate itself at checkout. 

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 7-14 business days depending on order size.  We have seen some serious manufacturing delays with our supplies,  but are trying to keep ahead.  If your order may take longer than 14 days, we will reach out to you.



Selling Online

Arabella Crystals branded items can be sold within your own website/social media platforms and/or retail location.

Arabella Crystals branded items may NOT be sold on online marketplaces including Etsy.

Multi-level marketing with our branded items and photos is prohibited.  

Returns, Damages, and Repairs

All items go though multiple quality checks before being sent out.
If you receive broken merchandise, please contact me within 4 days of your delivery date.  Once received, We can reship, refund, or credit your next order.

Please have at least 7 clear photos of the damage to candles, and packaging material.  If a claim is filed, USPS and UPS may want to inspect the packaging.
