Shipping Info.

Once your order is placed, We will ship within 10-14 business days.  This does not include weekends and national holidays.

Transit time will depend on the option chosen

Priority Mail: 1-3 business days within the US

UPS Ground: 3-5 business days

Please note: I ship to the address provided with your order.  If you need to change the shipping address after an order has been placed, please let me know right away!

If your package has been sent out before letting me know a change of address needs to be made, you will be responsible for shipping charges to send it to the correct address.

Please note that sometimes it may take weeks for USPS and UPS to return the item back to me.

  

Returns and Exchanges.
I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If your order arrives broken, please contact me within 4 business days of receiving your package. Picture proof of the product(s) and Box(s) will be required to issue a return, credit, or replacement.  Typically 7 photos minimum are requested in order to file a claim.

Packaging

Jar Candles are packaged into the original 12 slot boxes we receive them in for sustainability and durability.  Tins are typically sorted, stacked, and boxed together as well.
